What we collect
This site has no accounts, no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking cookies. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into the contact form.

Why we collect it
We use these details for a single purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not use them for marketing, we do not build profiles from them, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our work.
How your message reaches us
Form submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an external form-delivery service acting as our processor. Your message passes through their systems in transit and is subject to their privacy practices as well as this policy.
Our server briefly applies rate limiting to guard against automated abuse. That check uses a short-lived, in-memory record derived from your connection and is discarded when the window expires. We do not write your message body to our server logs.
How long we keep it
Enquiries live in our email inbox. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for the relationship it concerns, and delete it when it no longer is. If you would like your correspondence deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it.
Confidential and scientific information
Please do not send confidential research data, unpublished results or anything covered by an existing agreement through this form. It is a general enquiry channel, not a secure one. If you need to share material of that kind, write to us first and we will agree a suitable route.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Ask by writing to the address below and we will respond.
